| June 2026 | The EPR Goes International | EPR—IRL Gathering
Protein Studios, London, UK |
Studio Saint-Michel's Experiential Producers Room made its London debut with an IRL gathering at Protein Studios in Shoreditch, marking the community's first UK chapter following its founding gatherings in New York.

Protein Studios sits in one of the most influential creative neighborhoods in the world, a space where culture, creativity, and industry regularly converge. It was a natural home for a room full of the people designing the experiences that shape contemporary culture: experiential producers, creative directors, brand-side teams, fabricators, engineers, technologists, artists, and those finding their way into the field, all invited into the same room.

Space was intentionally limited, with RSVPs kept by approval to keep the Room feeling human. Rather than centring on a particular theme or case study, the evening was built entirely around London's experiential producers themselves, with drinks and bites alongside grounded conversations about the work, the industry, and what's next.

More than a networking event, the gathering extended EPR's purpose into a new city: creating a low-noise, high-trust environment for the people behind ambitious cultural and commercial experiences to speak openly, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful professional relationships.

Founded by Michèle Saint-Michel, Experiential Producers Room is part of Studio Saint-Michel's broader work across experiential production, cultural strategy, and creative community-building.
| ![photo](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/v2hfqd8g-1784752842571-img-103.jpg) |
| May 2026 | Producing the Intangible | EPR—IRL Gathering
Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn, NY |
Studio Saint-Michel’s Experiential Producers Room returned for its second IRL gathering at the Wythe Hotel Garden Terrace in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, doubling in size from its first event and still selling out.

Set within one of Brooklyn’s most distinctive hospitality spaces, the evening brought together experiential producers, creative strategists, fabricators, artists, and cultural operators working across live events, brand activations, cultural programming, and experiential design.

The gathering centered on sensory-led experience design, production logistics, and the question of how to protect artistic integrity inside high-stakes commercial environments. Guests continued the conversation over passed bites, drinks, and a bespoke cocktail created for the evening: the Producer’s Penicillin.

More than a networking event, the evening extended EPR’s purpose into physical space: creating a low-noise, high-trust environment for the people behind ambitious cultural and commercial experiences to speak openly, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful professional relationships.

Founded by Michèle Saint-Michel, Experiential Producers Room is part of Studio Saint-Michel’s broader work across experiential production, cultural strategy, and creative community-building.
| ![photo](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/ji0k98gk-1780500895399-img-28.jpg) |
| Mar 2026 | Future of Experiential | EPR—IRL Gathering
Maxwell Social, Tribeca, NY |
Studio Saint-Michel’s Experiential Producers Room has grown from an online community into a sold-out IRL gathering series for experiential producers, creative strategists, fabricators, artists, and cultural operators working across live events, brand activations, cultural programming, and experiential design.

The first gathering took place at Maxwell Social in Tribeca, bringing together practitioners for a candid, field-specific conversation around production, rates, client dynamics, creative labor, and the realities of building ambitious experiences behind the scenes.

The series continued with a sold-out gathering at the Wythe Hotel Garden Terrace in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, convening the community for a focused conversation on sensory-led experience design, production logistics, and artistic integrity inside high-stakes commercial environments.

Together, the events reflect EPR’s larger purpose: to create thoughtful infrastructure for the people who produce culture, not through transactional networking, but through specific, generous, and strategically useful exchange.

Founded by Michèle Saint-Michel, Experiential Producers Room is part of Studio Saint-Michel’s broader work across experiential production, cultural strategy, and creative community-building.
| ![photo](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/422ehu8a-1786228630058-img-32.jpg) |
| Feb 2026 | Gathering Experience | EPR Grows to 500 Members |
Founded by Michèle Saint-Michel, the Experiential Producers Room is a curated community for producers and adjacent practitioners working across live events, brand activations, cultural programming, fabrication, strategy, and creative operations.

Created as a low-noise space for practical exchange, EPR was built around the kinds of candid, field-specific conversations that are often difficult to find in one place: rates, roles, client dynamics, production realities, career navigation, vendor recommendations, and the often-invisible labor behind ambitious creative experiences.

Ahead of its first IRL gathering, Experiential Producers Room surpassed 500 members, reflecting a clear appetite for more intentional infrastructure within the experiential production field.

What began as an online room quickly became a growing professional network for experiential producers, creative strategists, fabricators, artists, and cultural operators seeking more specific, generous, and field-aware forms of exchange.

Developed through Studio Saint-Michel, Experiential Producers Room is part of Michèle Saint-Michel’s broader work across experiential production, cultural strategy, and creative community-building.
| ![photo](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/l510gf3u-1778869089120-0326-michele-003.jpg) |
